Tuna Patties
  1. Drain ALL liquid from the canned tuna. In a large mixing bowl, break and separate the
  2. tuna chunks.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and add oatmeal. Add this mixture and any
  4. seasonings or spices to the tuna.
  5. Divide the mixture into 8 patties and fry in a pan with PAM. Flip when lightly brown,
  6. and cook the opposite side.
